A contract of purchase is completed when Zenmaia.com has confirmed the purchase with an order confirmation. The order confirmation will be sent out within 24 hours after the order has come in to Zenmaia.com. If a change in delivery occurs you will be contacted as soon as possible. You have the right to cancel the purchase before the goods are sent without any charges. Zenmaia.com has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been made by the customer.
Customers must be 18 or older to make a purchase and www.Zenmaia.com must be able to identify the customer\'s home address.
Prices include VAT at 12% on food, and 25% on other goods for orders within the EU. After payment the prices can only be changed due to circumstances outside Zenmaia.com control. For example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase with no charges. No service charges will be added.
3. Payment / payment terms
We have two payment options within Sweden, PayEx credit card payment and Klarna invoice payment. For customers outside Sweden, PayEx is the only payment option.
3.1 Invoice (within Sweden only)
Invoice fee is XX SEK and payment terms are 14 days. Please note that it is not possible to have the package delivered to an address other than your registered address when paying by invoice. If you wish to have your package delivered to another address, please choose the credit card payment option instead.We use Klarna as invoice provider, please find their terms at: http://www.klarna.com/sv/privat
3.2 Online credit card payment
We use PayEx to ensure safe online payment. To find out more, please visit: http://payex.se/foretag/tjanster/betalning/internetbetalning/betalningsgaranti can only be changed due to circumstances outside Zenmaia.com control. For example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase with no charges. No service charges will be added.
4. Shipping within Sweden
Shipping is free for orders over 300 SEK. Purchases under 300 SEK will be charged with a shipping cost of XX SEK. In cases where we are able to send your order by mail (packages no higher than 3 cm) the shipping cost will be XX SEK. You will in that case be charged for the shipping cost retrospectively. Goods will be delivered by DHL Service Point under DHL distribution conditions. Please see terms and conditions at http://servicepoint.se/Skickainrikespaket/Villkor/tabid/494/Default.aspx. You will receive a dispatch note when your package is available for pickup at one of DHL extradition places.
4.1 Order not collected
After received alert your package will stay at DHL extradition place for 14 days. If the package is not picked up within 7 days a reminder will be sent out. After 14 days the package will be returned to FIRMA, in which case the customer stands for the returning cost. FIRMA is not responsible for pick-up or returning cost. If the customer wishes to have the package send out for a second time the customer will stand for the shipping cost.
4.2 Shipping within Europe
The shipping fee within Europe will be adjusted after country and respective shipping zones. Your package will be delivered by UPS and distributed under UPS conditions. Please see terms and conditions at http://www.ups.com/content/se/sv/resources/ship/terms/service.html
Your package will be delivered to given address in your order. Delivery times are weekdays between 8:00 to 17:00 local time.
Should you be unable to receive the package at the time specified, please contact our customer service or UPS directly to arrange a time for delivery.
4.3 Shipping outside the EU
When shipping to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the Åland Islands there will be an additional shipping fee, XXX SEK. Duty, taxes and other additional administrative fees are not included in the shipping fee and will be paid by the customer.

Purchases made before 16.00 pm and delivered within Sweden will be processed within 1 day and delivered within 1-3 days. In cases where a product will be sent directly from the supplier the delivery time may be up to four weeks. We reserve the right to be out of stock before the website has been updated, in this case we will contact you with a new estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase without charge should the item not be in stock. The packages will be delivered by UPS or TNT to given address indicated in the purchase.
6. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, a delivery delay arises beyond our control. This may occur when a supplier is unable to meet their delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. The customer can trust that we will always notify if a delivery is delayed. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase without charges on delivery delay.
7. Passing of risk
Zenmaia.com is responsible for transportation of goods to our customers. In case of return you and the transporter will stand for the transportation risk.
8. Damaged goods
When receiving the goods it is important that you inspect the goods to make sure there are no damages. If any products are damaged or improper please contact us as soon as possible by email email@example.com.
9. Returns policy and open purchase
According to the Swedish- distance agreement, customers have the right to return the purchase within 14 days after the goods have been received and without specific reason. At return or open purchase the goods must be returned in given condition with unopened packaging. The customer will stand for returning cost in addition to the shipping cost upon delivery. Should you regret your purchase; please return the item to us, carefully packaged along with a copy of the delivery note, receipt and reason for return.
Should the customer receive a damaged or wrongly supplied product FIRMA will stand for the returning cost. In this case, the customer must contact us within 10 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and the issue will be corrected. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will compensate the customer with the value of the goods. Please note that you should always contact us before returning anything.

Should you wish to return a damaged or defective product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning anything and make sure the invoice / receipt is enclosed. The customer is always responsible for shipping the goods.
In the event of disagreement, we are following the rules and recommendations of ARN (The National Board for Consumer Disputes).
Refunds are made to the customers credit card account. The refund will be made as soon as possible as of receiving and accepting the return, however always within 30 days. Always contact us before returning anything.

FIRMA reserves the right to make changes in prices due to large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Please read more about exceptions in item ”Force Majeure” below.
13. Protection of personal data (GDPR)
FIRMA is following the new data protection laws (GDPR) instituted in May 25, 2018. If you wonder what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it or other information relevant to the privacy of your data including how you can have your personal information deleted, you can read about it here. Unfortunately this information is only available in Swedish at the moment but will soon be available in english as well – we are working on it!
14. Force Majeur
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which are not reasonably foreseeable, and affects contractual agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep that agreement / pledge, it shall constitute grounds that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.

16. Change of terms
FIRMA may change the terms of this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on www.zenmaia.com due to the following reasons:
To follow the development of new systems, operating mode or services
In order to comply with an agreement, law, regulation or order that is binding on FIRMA
In order to comply with or anticipate changes in the law or taxation practices codes or recommendations from other regulatory bodies.
To ensure that our business is run in the best way and remain competitive.
To make the terms of this Agreement fairer and clearer for you as a customer.
To correct a mistake that may be discovered in due course.
