What is MBI? Mind-Body Interventions are those kinds of practices that include a physical and mental collaboration such as yoga, meditation and Tai Chi.

According to the Coventry University research (UK🇬🇧 ), we can change the way we react to stress and prevent our mind and body to be overwhelmed.

When we are feeling anxious or stressed out, our body lights the sympathetic nervous system up, it’s what we call “fight or flight” response. This activation stresses our body and inflames it. If extended, this situation can lead us to serious health problems and cell’s DNA damages.
